3. Where rights secured by the first organic law 1777 Articles of Confederation Constitution Perpetual Union of the 13 organic colony state Countries are involved, there can be no rule making, constitutional re-writes, upgrades, or legislation which would abrogate them
4. The 1787 second and re-written Territorial Federal United States, U.S.A., Constitution states that it is exclusive common law, the Supreme Law of the land in the supremacy clause.

State laws and state constitutions that contradict it are illegal. But this territorial Federal United States of America is located within the outer boundaries and borders of EACH of the 50 Confederation States as “forts, magazines, arsenals, and other needful buildings” for corporate commercial use only and for their resident Citizens, STATE OF Created Commercial Artificial Persons, Legal Fictions, Corporations, etc..
